A £6m improvement has recently been completed at Newquay Airport and it can now handle up to 700,000 passengers per year.
The first stage included an expanded security cone and bigger check in area and additional car parking. Outside, there is a new pick up and drop off zone with bus and taxi ranks together with the increased parking spaces.
The arrivals area at Newquay Airport is small with the car hire companies, Europcar and Hertz situated immediately outside the terminal building near the taxi rank. If you require assistance there is an Information Desk in the terminal building.
Toilets here are well sign posted and have baby changing facilities.For those with special needs or disabled, there are disabled parking bays in both car parks and the terminal building offers easy access to all areas by wheelchair.
