Daily room hire is £150, 09:00 – 17:30 and half day £75, 09:00 – 13:00. Evening meetings can also be arranged at an hourly rate.

Baginton Room is on the first floor with no lift access. It seats up to 50 delegates theatre style and 18 classroom or boardroom style.

Coventry Airport caters for the executive traveller. It offers drop off and parking right outside the building. Where possible they arrange direct apron transfers.
